Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Applicable to purchases made at www.lbelostudio.com.
The Customer may cancel his/her order at any time up until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid.
L'Belo Studio reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Studio's computers or if the contractual proposal arrives at its destination in a deformed manner and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In the case of orders paid using credit, in part or in full, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously considered terminated, without the right to compensation.
As part of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under applicable legal terms, L'Belo Studio allows the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of items, within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.
The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the Original Invoice and the duly completed Return Note.
If you wish to exchange or return items, you can contact L'Belo Studio, who will provide you with all the information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances should you send the items without prior contact as they will not be received.
The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions:
• Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and
accompanied by the respective invoice;
• Exchanges or returns of items customized according to the Customer's specifications will not be accepted.
The Customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent in their shipping.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
L'Belo Studio reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.
In the event that you have received damaged items or items with technical problems, L'Belo Studio will arrange for them to be collected from the location you indicate, in the same shipping area as the original order, at no cost to the Customer.
