Shipping policy

The products are sold to the Customer on the website upon identification by completing and submitting the online order form in accordance with the instructions provided and contextual acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, as well as the prices and description of the products involved in the transaction.

Each sale made on the website may concern one or more products, with no quantity limits for each item, except when explicitly mentioned in the product information (for example, Limited Editions or Limited Stock).

The Customer is prohibited from providing false information during the registration process, during the sale process and in subsequent communications. L'Belo Studio reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse, in the interest of and to protect all consumers.

Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale implies the exoneration of L'Belo Studio from any liability related to the issuing of incorrect tax documents resulting from errors in the information provided by the Customer during the ordering process.

The Customer is solely responsible for the correction of this data.

The order form available on the website includes:
- Description, images, price and quantity of each product;
- Payment methods that can be used;
- Delivery methods for the products purchased and shipping and delivery costs, whenever applicable;
- Reference to the General Conditions of Sale;
- Return conditions for the products purchased

Before completing the order process, the Customer must read and confirm full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy.

The order process is completed when we receive the information from the online order form and after checking that the data sent is correct.

L'Belo Studio may, before sending the Order Confirmation, request other essential information by email for the processing, payment and delivery of the order.
L'Belo Studio reserves the right to cancel orders if it finds that there are no payment guarantees or in situations where the order is placed by a Customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute related to a previous order. 

This right also applies whenever L'Belo Studio, with legitimate reasons, considers the Customer to be unsuitable (for example, a Customer with a history of violating these General Conditions of Sale or involved in fraudulent activities of any kind).

If, for any reason, an ordered product is not available, L'Belo Studio undertakes to inform the Customer and refund any amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.

All shipments include:
- The product(s) ordered;
- The shipping guide;
- The mandatory accompanying documentation depending on the country of dispatch/delivery;
- Any informational and promotional material.

The domestic shipping cost is calculated by the shipping company (DHL Germany) based on the client's address.

For international shipments, different options will be presented at checkout,
indicating the respective costs, for shipping orders depending on their destination and Customer preferences.

All customs and customs expenses that may exist will be paid by the customer to the competent services.

The order is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer (provided it is located in one of the countries to which L'Belo Studio sells through its website).

For this purpose, the system automatically assumes the address indicated by the Customer in their account.
However, during the ordering process, the Customer can edit this address or add an alternative address for each specific delivery.

Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, and will be shipped by L'Belo Studio partner companies, namely DHL. 

Information about the delivery of the order will be sent via email to the contacts indicated in the Customer's account. L'Belo Studio recommends that these are always updated at the time of ordering.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available on the day of delivery of the order.

If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest DHL point by the transport company. The Customer may collect the order at the DHL point within a period of 6 (six) working days. If the order is not claimed or the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to L'Belo Studio. 

L'Belo Studio will reimburse the customer for the amount paid, with the exception of costs incurred in sending the order, as well as any expenses relating to storage and new delivery attempts.

L'Belo Studio reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, but not limited to, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In these cases, the Customer is informed to the email address provided in the ordering process.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging. If any anomalies are detected, these must be accurately and in detail recorded by the shipping company and the delivery refused. Otherwise, the Customer will not be able to complain about this issue.

The average delivery times are as follows:
- 3 to 7 working days after sending the Order Confirmation to the Customer in the case of orders paid with Paypal, Credit or Debit Card.

L'Belo Studio always makes every effort to ensure delivery within the estimated timeframe. If it is not possible to deliver the order within the estimated timeframe, the maximum delivery time will be 28 days.

L'Belo Studio is not responsible for the failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation resulting from a force majeure event (event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control).
